Accessibility
Anyone should be able to read this site. Here is where it stands and how to report a problem.

Commitment
The reference is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. This is a personal site and is not covered by Italian Law 4/2004 or Legislative Decree 82/2022 (European Accessibility Act): this is a voluntary statement.
What has been done
Light text on a dark background with high contrast. One main heading per page, with headings in order. Page language declared. Menus, links and forms reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a «Skip to content» link. Form errors written out, not shown by colour alone. Text can be enlarged without losing content. Animations are toned down for people who have enabled reduced motion.
The animated network
The network of points in the background is decorative and hidden from screen readers. Everything it means is also in the text: the manifesto is complete and every step of «Join the network» is confirmed in words.
Known limits
A full check takes place after publishing, with automated tools and a screen-reader test. Any limits found will be listed here with the expected fix date.
Report a problem
Anyone who runs into a difficulty can write through the form in the Contact section, naming the page and the problem. You will get a reply within 30 days.
